Digital Health Technology Catalyst
Up to £5m
NIHR-managed competitive funding programme supporting the evaluation and adoption of digital health technologies for respiratory and chronic lung conditions. Grants are available for NHS organisations and academic partners to conduct real-world evaluations, implementation studies, and health economic analyses of digital therapeutics that address unmet need in respiratory pathways. The programme prioritises technologies with existing evidence of efficacy that require further evaluation to support NHS adoption at scale.

NHS Innovation Fund for Long-term Conditions
Up to £250k
NHS England programme funding the adoption and spread of proven digital health innovations for people living with long-term conditions. The fund supports ICBs and provider collaboratives to implement digital therapeutics and remote monitoring technologies that have demonstrated clinical effectiveness and can reduce unplanned hospital admissions, improve patient self-management, and deliver measurable improvements in population health outcomes.
